Bill Borden is uniquely suited and exceptionally trained to negotiate the current tides of today’s real estate and business transactions. Bill Borden has conducted the business of real estate from all of the components of the transaction and has obtained a unique and cumulative perspective from each during his almost 40 years in the industry.

As the Broker of High Caliber Realtors, Brenda guides the HCR Pros to strive to understand your total situation, with your long-range goals in mind. Brenda says when we first sit down with you to explore your options, we explain the entire real estate buying, selling and lending process and then sit beside you at the closing table, making sure that you are happy with the deal you are receiving and that the numbers match what you expected.
